My purpose in choosing this topic was to make people of aware of some resources that I myself have found helpful in creating the  life that I wanted. It's always seemed to me that improving the self is what we're put here on earth to do. When I get better and stronger I'm more capable of helping other people in the way that I really want to do.  I already knew of one book but had not gone any further in my research until the opportunity to do this project came up.  I went looking for the  best web sites and articles I could find to supplement the great resource I already had. And I was not disappointed. I learned a lot in the process.
